MyOwnTeach is a practice tool for independent language teachers with adult students online: student records, a booking page in each student's time zone, packages, invoices and payments. You bring the students. We charge a flat monthly fee and no commission.

Your students stay yours
You hold the records, the notes and the contact details. Export the lot whenever you like, and take it with you if you leave.
A booking page in their time zone
Share one link. Visitors see your free slots in their own local time, and every booking shows both time zones, so nobody does the maths.
Reminders with both clocks
Email reminders go to you and your student with the lesson time in each of your time zones.
Built-in video, or your own link
On Pro, every lesson gets a private video room in the browser: nothing to install, nothing recorded. Or paste your Zoom, Google Meet or any other link once, and change it for a single lesson when you need to.
Packages and weekly lessons
Sell 5 or 10 lessons at once and the credits count down as lessons happen. Weekly lessons keep their local time when the clocks change.
Paid your way
Take cards through Stripe where Stripe Connect works in your country: the whole fee goes to your own Stripe account, less Stripe's processing fee. Elsewhere, record PayPal, Wise, bank or cash payments yourself.
Invoices in your name
Receipts and invoices carry your name, address, tax number and the tax wording your country asks for, in your own currency (there are about 50 to choose from).
Private by default
You're the data controller for your students and we're your processor, under GDPR. We don't sell data and we don't show ads.
Flat fee. Your students. Leave when you like.
A marketplace earns more the more you teach. We earn the same either way, so we've no reason to take a cut or keep your students locked in. No contract, and your data exports any time.
